The Probate Court of Forsyth County is no longer located in the Forsyth County Courthouse on the square in downtown Cumming.

The Probate Court offices have moved across the street from the Forsyth County Courthouse, on the south side of the square, and are now located where Stone Furniture was located. This building is called the "Justice Center." The Juvenile Court of Forsyth County is also located in this building.
